This notice covers the Dexology marketing waitlist on dexology.app. It does not yet describe Dexology Account data collected by the future apps and API.

What we collect

Email address
Consent timestamp and confirmation status
Technical signals needed for bot defence and rate limiting (for example IP-derived keys)

We do not ask for your name, phone number, or payment details on the waitlist.

Why we collect it

To send a confirmation email, welcome you after double opt-in, and occasionally share product updates about Dexology VGC and Dexology TCG.

Where it is stored

Confirmed addresses are stored with Resend Audiences. Pending confirmation tokens are stored temporarily in Cloudflare KV and expire automatically.

How long we keep it

Pending confirmations: up to 24 hours
Confirmed subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete the address

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Sub-processors involved in the waitlist today are Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile, KV) and Resend (email delivery and audience storage).

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email, or write to hello@dexology.app to request deletion.

Children

The waitlist is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit an email address for a child under 13.

We use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics. No third-party advertising SDKs are used on this site.
